Terms of Service

1. Plans and Credits

  • All plans are prepaid and are activated at the time of purchase.
  • Each credit is equivalent to 1 hour of real work in design (Figma) or development (Webflow).
  • Credits have a valid for 30 days since its activation.
  • Credits not used within that period Expire automatically and are not refundable.

2. Purchase cancellations

  • Once a plan has been purchased, it is not possible to cancel it or request a partial or total return, except for an error in the charge attributable to ForHuman LLC.
  • If you decide not to use the purchased credits, they will expire at the end of their term without the right to a refund.

3. Refunds

  • Payments made are not refundable except in cases of technical error in payment processing (example: duplicate billing).
  • To request a review, you must write to hola@forhuman.studio Within a maximum period of 7 business days since the transaction.
  • If the error is confirmed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used.

4. Deliverables and satisfaction

  • We are committed to complying with the delivery times and revisions contemplated in each plan.
  • The customer may request revisions up to the limit included in their plan; additional revisions will be deducted from credits.
  • Once the final files have been delivered or the credits have been used, the service is considered completed and there is no refund.

5. Special Cases

  • No refunds are made for Change of mind, lack of use of credits or their expiry date.
  • ForHuman LLC may evaluate exceptional requests for reimbursement under extraordinary circumstances, but without obligation to proceed.
