1. Identity of the company

2. Definitions

  • Customer: an individual or legal entity that contracts a plan on ForHuman OnDemand.
  • Platform: online space for managing orders, briefs, deliveries and communication.
  • Credits: unit equivalent to 1 hour of work in design (Figma) or development (Webflow).
  • Planes: fixed-term credit packages, as published on our website.
  • Deliverables: design or development results delivered to the customer according to their request.

3. Services included

  • Interface and component design in Figma.
  • Development and implementation in Webflow.
  • Order management through the platform and monitoring via dashboard.
  • Support and revisions depending on the contracted plan.

Does not include: export of code, maintenance of external servers, or services outside the scope of stated design and development.

4. Credits and validity

  • Each credit is equivalent to 1 hour of real work.
  • The credits are valid for 30 days from activation.
  • The customer can pause their plan for up to 15 days notifying in advance.
  • Credits not used within the indicated period expire without the right to a refund.

5. Orders and workflow

  • The customer can charge unlimited orders, but we will only work on one active order at a time.
  • The delivery times are:
    • Small tasks → up to 24 hours
    • Medium tasks → up to 48h
    • Big tasks → agreed time at the start
  • The customer must provide clear briefs and materials needed to start the task.

6. Revisions and feedback

  • Each plan includes feedback rounds:
    • Starter → 2 rounds
    • Pro → 3 rounds
    • Scale → 4 rounds
  • Additional revisions are discounted from available credits, upon notification to the customer.

7. Payments and billing

  • Payments are made through Stripe or other authorized processor.
  • The price of the plans is published on our website and may vary with prior notice.
  • Fees are not refundable unless an error is attributable to ForHuman LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The customer retains ownership of the materials provided.
  • The deliverables created by ForHuman OnDemand become the property of the customer once paid in full.
  • ForHuman LLC may use examples of deliverables only for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the customer indicates otherwise in writing.

9. Acceptable Use

  • The customer undertakes to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
  • It is forbidden to request works that infringe copyright, are illegal or contrary to morality.

10. Limitation of liability

  • ForHuman OnDemand will not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data.
  • The maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer in the current plan.

11. Modifications to the service

  • We reserve the right to update, suspend or modify the services or these Terms at any time, by notifying customers in advance.

12. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that State.
