The essentials to understand our OnDemand model.
Each credit is equivalent to 1 hour of real work in design (Figma) or development (Webflow), depending on the plan you hire.
You can send unlimited orders, but we will only work one active at a time. When it's delivered and approved, we move on to the next one.
It depends on the complexity of the task and the contracted plan:
- Express: progress in an average of 48 hours.
- Grow: advances in 12—24 hours depending on complexity.
Each plan includes defined feedback rounds (Express: 2, Grow: 4). If you need more, they are deducted from your credits with advance notice.
You can purchase additional hours at $65 USD/hour or re-subscribe to the plan.
